Welcome to Internet Music Television, LLC (“IMTV,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), an Ohio limited liability company. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of InternetMusicTelevision.com and any related websites, applications, services, content, and features (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using IMTV, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

IMTV is a live-streaming platform and global community built for artists, bands, DJs, producers, and music creators to:

• Perform live
   
• Engage directly with fans
   
• Monetize through live shows, digital merchandise, fan support, and interactive experiences
   

IMTV does not act as a record label, talent agency, manager, or publisher.

You must:

• Be at least 13 years old to use IMTV
   
• Be at least 18 years old to monetize, receive payouts, or enter into financial transactions
   

By using the Platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.

When you create an account:

• You agree to provide accurate and current information
   
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
   
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
   

IMTV is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by your failure to safeguard credentials.

You retain full ownership of all music, performances, videos, recordings, images, text, and other content you create or upload (“Creator Content”).

IMTV does not claim ownership of your music or creative works.

By using the Platform, you grant IMTV a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, limited license to host, stream, display, distribute, and technically reproduce your Creator Content solely for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Platform.

This license ends when your content is removed from IMTV, except where continued storage is required for legal, operational, or archival purposes.

IMTV enables creators to monetize through features such as:

• Live performances
   
• Digital merchandise
   
• Fan support and tips
   
• Other interactive monetization tools
   

All payments are processed by third-party payment processors. IMTV does not store full payment credentials.

You are responsible for:

• Taxes
   
• Reporting income
   
• Compliance with local, state, and federal laws
   

IMTV does not guarantee earnings, audience size, or revenue.

You agree not to:

• Upload content you do not own or have rights to
   
• Violate copyright, trademark, or intellectual property laws
   
• Upload illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive content
   
• Harass, threaten, or abuse others
   
• Impersonate any person or entity
   
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Platform
   

IMTV reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

IMTV respects intellectual property rights and responds to valid DMCA takedown notices.

If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, contact us with:

• Identification of the copyrighted work
   
• Identification of the infringing material
   
• Your contact information
   
• A good-faith statement and signature
   

Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated.

IMTV is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted service
   
• Error-free operation
   
• Compatibility with all devices or networks
   

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

You may stop using IMTV at any time.

IMTV may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
   
• You engage in unlawful or harmful conduct
   
• Required by law
   

Upon termination, licenses granted to IMTV for your content will end as described above.

IMTV:

• Does not guarantee success, exposure, or income
   
• Does not act as an agent or fiduciary
   
• Is not responsible for interactions between users
   

Use the Platform at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IMTV shall not be liable for:

• Lost profits or revenue
   
• Loss of data or content
   
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
   

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to IMTV in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IMTV from claims arising out of:

• Your content
   
• Your use of the Platform
   
• Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws
   

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cuyahoga County, Ohio.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of IMTV constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
